College of Veterinary Medicine Pet Memorial

Thank you for making a gift in memory of a pet. Your donation will help enhance the education and development of future veterinarians.

To make your gift please follow this two-step process.

Step 1 - Please provide your donation amount, personal information and payment information below and on the following pages. After your payment is processed, you click a button that takes you to Step 2.

Step 2 - Fil out the Pet/Owner information page and provide details about the owner and his/her/their pet so we may send a condolence letter letting them know a gift was made in memory of their pet, and inviting them to share their pet’s photo and story on our digital memory wall.

Please note there is a suggested donation of $10 or more per pet.
