College of Health Sciences Oregon Lockers

The WesternU College of Health Sciences Oregon programs are committed to accepting and educating a group of diverse students who will graduate as experts prepared to provide patient care and education across the lifespan with specialized skills to meet the unique health care needs of rural and underserved communities.

The new building will consist of classrooms, skills labs, research space, a pro bono clinic, and more than 350 student lockers. We invite you to be a part of WesternU’s history, and its future, by naming a locker in the new building. Your gift will benefit the College of Health Sciences’ Oregon Campus.

There are many reasons to name a locker: the opportunity to publicly pay tribute to your affiliation with WesternU; to commemorate a special event; or to honor someone. An elegant nameplate bearing the inscription of your choice will be affixed to a locker. You can sponsor a locker for $500 (naming a locker does not signify reserving a particular locker).

To name a locker or multiple lockers, please follow this two-step process:

Step 1 - Please select the respective amount, based on the number of lockers you wish to name, and enter your payment information. After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation web page. Click on the "Name a Locker" button, which will direct you to Step 2.

Step 2 - Fill out the "CHS Oregon Lockers Naming Form" to provide the content for the nameplate(s).

If you have any questions about your gift or nameplate(s), please contact Susan Terrazas, Sr. Director of Alumni Relations and Director of Development for the College of Health Sciences, at sterrazas@westernu.edu
